Working with Alex and Skyline Exteriors was a great experience.

When our chimney started leaking, we knew that we needed to get a roofer out to help us fix it. Most of the other companies we spoke to gave us the runaround or were shady about their business practices. Alex came in and was able to explain why our chimney was leaking and why replacing the whole roof, instead of just piece-mealing certain sections of our aging (and poorly installed) roof, was the right answer. He was clear, concise, and most importantly, trustworthy and honest. It was obvious from the very first meeting that Alex knew his stuff.

Alex held our hand every step of the way - making sure that we understood our options on everything from packages, shingle color, and even financing. He was great about checking in as we worked through things, and made sure that we were all on the same page.

On the day of the installation, Alex's team showed up on time, prepped our yard, and got right to work. Alex was on-site most of the day to answer questions, and was easily reachable by phone when he wasn't at the house.

Even when we encountered an unforeseen snag (our gutters ended up not being properly installed and needed to be replaced), Alex was proactive about making sure we understood what our options were, and helped guide us to the decision that made sense for us.

We could not be more pleased with our experience. We have a beautiful new roof that I know was installed properly. And I have the peace of mind that Alex stands by his work - in fact, he has called me several times after the fact making sure that our roof is still looking good and living up to our expectations.

The crew arrived on time and quickly went to work removing the old roof. They replaced damaged decking and installed the new roof in two days.

The clean up was done to perfection and nothing around our house was damaged. They protected our A/C unit and glass front door.

The roof looks wonderful and really adds to the curb appeal of our home.

I am a demanding client to take on. I know that at this point in my life. I want things to be done correctly, thoroughly, and professionally. Some would say I am a perfectionist and I can understand that. While I know nothing is perfect, I can confidently say Alex's work is as close as you will get!

Alex patiently worked with us through each step of the roof replacement. He was personally on my roof at least a half dozen times. He ensured that he was present any time the adjuster came to our house. He is a clear, concise communicator who understands the value of good communication in his business. He is also a genuinely kind, empathetic,
family man himself and was wonderful around our son. He's basically like family at this point.

I have been very pleased with all the work he has done thus far and we fully intend to keep using him in the future for any of our exterior home needs. I simply cannot recommend Alex and Skyline Exteriors highly enough. You will be happy you called them.

Skyline was recommended to us by our grandson to replace our roof after a bad storm. Alex was very professional and friendly. He gave us a lot of information of their services. He helped us with our insurance company and worked with the insurance company to get our damage covered.
He touched base with us with each step they took in getting the roof done.
They cleaned up the yard so good that we've only found about 15 nails since completion of the roof.
We liked doing business with him so much, we got them to put the gutter guard on our existing gutters at a very reasonable rate. Alex actually felt more like a family member than a company representative. After all work was done, Alex sat with us and gave us warranty papers and explained all coverage from Skyline and GAF. We highly recommend them and have recommended them to many of our neighbors that also had storm damage and they are using them also.

Skyline Xteriors and Alex Tejada were recommended to my by numerous people on a Chelsea neighborhood website. The number and enthusiasm of the comments were impressive, so I decided to include Alex on the list of roofers I was considering to replace my roof. I met with five roofers in all. From the beginning, Alex outdistanced them all with his presentation and explanations of cost, materials, and workmanship. He was quick to see that I needed a power vent, whereas other roofers were recommending a ridge vent (Alex explained that would not work on my roof). The job was completed on schedule. It is a step above my original roof and looks great. Alex also walked me through each step of working with the insurance company and worked with them directly as well. This was a top notch experience, and I would recommend Skyline Xteriors to anyone for whom quality work is a priority.
